The women that helped me was wonderful. Explained everything in detail. When I came back to have delivery guys bring things in she helped me with the lock, she was very accommodating. The facility is spotless

Great environment! Melissa helped me out in getting a storage unit. She was kind, talkative and very clear. The only thing I would say is that I wish the website was more clear in the storage unit being outdoor or indoor. I wanted a indoor one but on the website I reserved a unit. When I got there I was informed it was outdoor and had to change that. Another thing is that I dont feel comfortable storing books there because its a too humid in there which is disappointing if they fixed those two things it would be perfect.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Melissa! From the moment my mom and I walked in, she went above and beyond to help us. She patiently guided us through the entire process, making sure we found units that were conveniently close together and perfectly suited for our needs.
