I shopped for my son at the Kildeer location and Tara was so helpful and friendly. The prices were great! I bought 2 pair of jeans and 2 shirts and my son loved them all. Nice selection and great prices.

It used to be one of my favorite brands, and I especially loved this store because of the service. Unfortunately, today I was shopping and didn’t realize that the items I was buying were final sale and couldn't be exchanged or returned. I picked the wrong size and went back to the store to exchange them for the correct one.
When I got to the register, I was told I couldn't return or exchange them… This was incredibly frustrating, especially because the cashier who sold me the items the first time was the STORE MANAGER, and she failed to inform me about the conditions of these items. In fact, the woman who initially assisted me told me that if the size wasn’t right, I could come back and exchange it (which is exactly what I did).
During my second visit, the manager “tried” to process the exchange, but according to the system, it wouldn’t allow it. As some sort of consolation, she told me all was not lost — that I could find someone to tailor the garment so I could wear it. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?
The point of this comment is that customers must be informed about purchase conditions, regardless of the price of the item. In the end, the service went from great to terrible — and the worst part is that the person who made the mistake of not informing me was the manager herself.

The store is awesome. They have great deals, great styles, and great prices. The staff here is also top-notch. I went in to get an outfit for a date night with my husband. I came looking for an outfit and not only did I find that and so much more but the manager there helped me find the perfect denim jacket! When I went to check out, I got the surprise of a lifetime when she told me that she was going to gift me the jacket for free through a program that Express offers. I could not believe it. It seriously made my whole day. I will continue to shop at this location because of my amazing experience. Thank you!!!!!

Terrible Customer Service. Came in to return a dress that was given as a gift and was told that the date of the dress was 2021 so that it was old. I just got the gift last month and I have nothing to do with the dress being from 2021. I just wanted store credit to be able to purchase something else. Completely ridiculous.

I Purchased couple of t shirts and went to return them back next day because they were ripped. So instead of getting money back I was charged the same amount again.Went back to store with my bank statement to talk to manager and I got treated very badly. She told me she can't do nothing about it and I can take my business somewhere else. Never going to shop there again.

Terrible customer care, employees are careless, lazy and rude. Had no reason to turn my return away when I had a receipt and tags on my item. Completely acted like they didn't know what to do and said sorry we can't help you. Waste of time to argue.

All I can say is we actually found an outfit our teenage daughter liked. The employees we all friendly and helpful, making sure our questions were answered and fitting rooms were available. Masks are required at this time and they have the dividers up at the register.

My son and I just left the store, we unknowingly got there five minutes before closing, and Mason stepped in and helped us find everything we needed even after the store had closed. He was pleasant, extremely helpful, did not make us feel rushed at all, and we would’ve never been able to find everything we did without his helpful fashion sense. Give Mason a raise!!!

Friendly employees and good customer service. The store is always clean and organized. I just can't seem to find my size in pants, skirts, or jeans. I guess size 10 is a popular size in the area?.
