My girlfriend made 2 visits here. While the massage was good, it's not made clear that you must arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to fill out sufficient paperwork and whatnot. Her massage was also cut 5-10 short both times. Paid for an hour, only got 40 minutes!

Elliott was an amazing massage therapist! When I said what I wanted to focus on he really focused on my stress areas and really worked out all my knots. Even when I said I had to flip over from my stomach, he still was able to adjust and work with what was most comfortable for me. Much needed relaxation and at a great price for a 2 hour massage.

I only give them a 1 at best. The 1 rating is only because the therapist Stephanie was very good. This place needs major help in allowing people to cancel their memberships when they move. I cancelled two memberships in 2019 that were under my name; my daughter using one of them. Yet, they continue to harass my daughter for $$. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING AT THIS LOCATION. They scam extra dollars out their clientele. They do not handle cancellations well at all. They look to fleece their customers even when you move out of town. I actually spoke with the manager when my cancellations were put in place in April of 2019, yet they pretend this was never done. I have all the paperwork and confirmations. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Had a 1 hour facial with Jazmin and it was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, as well as relaxing. I will definitely request her for my next facial. This location is clean and felt like a spa.

After receiving a gift card to Hand and Stone, I scheduled a 1 hour massage with Joy. The facility was very neat and tidy and Joy was outstanding. I will definitely be back.

My wife had an active membership and was treated awfully. She had a complicated pregnancy which left her unable to use her monthly packages so she asked to pause the subscription and was turned down. Then COVID happened and we were unwilling to risk our newborn so she asked again to pause the subscription and was told they can lower it to an inactive account which still costs $10 per month for some reason. The manager did not care at all. Terrible customer service.

I made an appointment with a confirmation text sent to my phone . I get to my appointment and I was told that it looks like my appointment was canceled . If I had canceled my appointment I wouldn’t have still come in .The receptionist didn’t even look bothered by a mistake they made on their end .I don’t recommend this place .They wasted my time and gas .

Never going back there I called for an appointment and they made me drive all the way for them to tell me I didn’t have an appointment very rude people don’t go there .. they didn’t even apologize rubbish

I’ve been going to this spa location for the past five years. When I moved to another suburb, I tried to cancel my membership. I hand-delivered the paperwork to Hand and Stone Kildeer requesting that they cancel my membership, yet they continue to charge my credit card for the $69.95 per month membership fee. I asked them to please discontinue my membership, but they still want to charge my credit card. I had to call the credit card company and have my card re-issued then they went and charged another credit card that I used as payment, as well as my husband’s credit card who had purchased gift cards for me for Christmas from them. When I called to complain about this, the “manager” who did not give her name refused to stop charging the $69.95 per month fee.There has been a high turnover of massage therapists at this location and I have heard this is because of poor management. Buyer beware! Do not take out a membership at this location because they will not treat you fairly if you ever want to stop it, and they are very rude when you try to investigate why they’re charging you. I was hung up on by this “manager”— not worth the time.

I have had MANY services from MANY facilities, and I have found that most are really lovely and wonderful to work with when it comes to purchases/packages that have been bought. This is not the case for Hand and Stone, particularly this location. I bought a THOUSAND dollar cryo-facial package which did not feel great and did not seem to be working. I felt obligated to keep using it, however, because of the money I had spent. I didn't even end up using the last one because it was so irritating that it wasn't working and I was uncomfortable with the women giving me the facial. I called today to see if they would swap out my left over facial (valued at $225) and ALREADY PAID FOR for a massage (valued at $190). The manager absolutely refused and told me they were two separate services and just kept telling me their policy of two separate services and that I should have complained of it not working after the first time. How am I supposed to see it not working after the first time? It's supposed to take at least three times to see a difference--which I did not! I told her that I wanted to talk to someone higher up and she told me the owners wouldn't reach out and implied they didn't care if their store got a bad rep. I'm sure they don't because there are plenty of people who will spend their money there, but my recommendation is DON"T!!

Need better management and overview.I Planning to try this place. But they blew me off even before I entered this facility for any services.I had Scheduled an appointment on Feb 25th. They called today to cancel the appointment. I appreciate the call in advance. but then as per my availability, they offered me a time, and when I said that works, she said that they cannot give it because 11.30 is the lunch hour for that personnel. I am surprised, what kind of work hours are these. they open at 9am and then lunch at 11.30??but at the same time I got message for the booked appointment. I called later to confirm and they said that it was an error.

I love this location because it's one of the few locations that has good, deep tissue massage therapists. I do think the floors of the rooms could be cleaner, but you spend the entire time on the massage table so it doesn't really bug me.I've been a member here for years. The staff is friendly, and as long as they retain their deep tissue therapists, I will keep coming back!

Don’t like to do this.. but to reschedule appointment it’s nightmare.. terrible attitude from customer service. To try to fit me with my busy schedule I can hear how is impatient and angry person on the phone with me.. that’s why I cancel my membership! Ppl will pay MORE money if you make easier their life. This is why important to have high customer service. Looks like girls in front desc don’t like what they do .. Can’t wait to use all my massages.Didn’t have great experience with facial as well . Everyone starts from something “ I get it” but at least don’t tell the client what you can do and what you can’t or not licensed because he is paying for full facial . Hope this can help .
