I had an excellent shopping experience at J.Crew Factory. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The store manager and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering assistance without being intrusive. They went out of their way to help me find the right sizes and styles, making sure I left the store completely satisfied with my purchases. Highly recommend this location!

Nice place, but the lady (I think she works as a sales assistant) with glasses is arrogant and ill mannered. She needs to learn how to talk to customers. Overall, great quality!
