My husband and I had an outstanding experience at Jos. A. Bank in Kildeer thanks to Rafael Castro, the store manager. After we explained what we needed, Rafael effortlessly pulled together an entire look — a sport coat with slacks, a suit, four shirts, and a tie — all perfectly coordinated.
He has such an incredible eye for style and color, and you can tell he’s passionate about helping people look their best.
It was a completely stress-free, enjoyable shopping experience. There were other customers in the store looking for similar guidance and Rafael managed to give everyone personal attention in making our selections. The Kildeer Jos. A. Bank also has an experienced in-store tailor to ensure everything fits perfectly.
If you’re looking for a suit, sport coat, or new wardrobe but aren’t sure where to start, I highly recommend meeting with Rafael. My husband walked out with an exceptional new wardrobe thanks to his expert help!

I recently visited Jos. A. Bank and had the pleasure of being helped by Rafa. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. His knowledge of the store’s selection and sizing was impressive, and he took the time to explain options without ever making me feel rushed. What stood out most was the personal care he brought to the experience. Rafa made the whole process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Great product, great prices but three employees, not 1 even said hello. Not even a nod to acknowledge we were in the store. Ridiculous! They also had shirts on racks clearly marked 19.99 then told us at the register a different price even though they are marked as such.
This used to be a quality brand with helpful, friendly staff, key word “used to be”
The staff completely ruined this shopping experience.

Joseph a bank in Glenview is a pretty good store but there’s one guy that works there that I don’t like he’s been there for 30 years and he’s exceptionally bossy and makes up rules of his own. I was returning something last week just one cheap tie that my mom bought me and he was just 100% said there’s no way he’s doing it without having a way of looking it up. He said if not, it would be impossible for him to get the price right even though I called ahead of time and spoke to somebody and said the price on that time has not changed in one year so I thought the guy was just being a real jerk. I am a commercial photographer and I end up in a lot of parking lots that are temporary and that guy what he has I called parking lot attendant syndrome. That means he’s given a little bit of power and therefore he thinks he can make up all the rules and make everything exactly the way he wants it so then I just went to another Joseph a bagthey apologized about his attitude and immediately returned the item and using my identification card gave me a store credit which I used immediately
