Great product assortment and layout. About 2/3 for ladies. Shopping with my wife there yesterday. But….the bland indifference of the staff, just short of hostile, won’t have me eager to come back. I’ll stay with the online buying.

My visit to this store was to return a couple of items I'd ordered online. I was quickly greeted, and my return was cheerfully processed in a very short time. I recommend this Lands' End store.

I went in to return 2 items from a $800 order. I was not greeted by any of the 4 employees working. I would have exchanged these items however this location does not have a children's section. My little boy was with me, he was looking at the umbrellas while the associate Lori did my return. She was not friendly, and treated the return like an inconvenience. The store wasn't busy. I think there was 1 other shopper. My 6yo little boy was shopping with me. He was looking at a couple umbrellas. He picked one up. He has been interested in them lately. I told him not to open one, which he didn't even attempt to. At that point a male store associate walked up to him and said put that back. He was abrasive and rude about it. Lands end, sorry but you lost a customer. I would highly advise to restaff this store, especially after reading similar complaints in the reviews. The team is snooty and obviously think they are better than those of us that shop there. I won't be back ever.
