Terrible customer service. I ordered balloons for pickup at noon, got there at 12:05 and they hadn’t even started. No one (including the manager!) apologized for the 20 minute wait, while I had cold food and kids in the car. No one acknowledged how late they were either, just said “oh we had a lot of orders” when I asked what happened. Both employees (middle aged women) were SO RUDE. Really horrible customer service.

Do not shop here! Get your crafts online through Amazon! Two employees were rude who were middle aged women and refused to give me a refund for an item that was open and never used! Unacceptable! Now I have an item that I paid for and cannot even use!

My son and I bought his first model last week. The type you break off and glue together, piece by piece. Super excited to start it. We downloaded a 20% off coupon in store and saved about $5.
