I have now been to this facility 4 times. Twice for immediate care, once for a physical, and once for an MRI. I had positive experience with Dr. Shah and Dr. Lindsay. Now where I had not such a positive experience was with the MRI. They offered me music to listen to during the procedure. Unfortunately it was mostly advertisements.

Don’t bother showing up after 7pm. The waiting room and parking lot were completely empty yet they were not accepting any more patients. We arrived at 7:10pm. The told us to go to the ER or make an appt for tomorrow morning. So much for closing at 8pm.

I am tremendously grateful for the wonderful staff here at Northwest Community Healthcare Immediate Care center! My daughter cut her hand open and required stitches. Front desk associate got us signed immediately, no wait. Dr. Shah and nurse treated her kindly and did an amazing job stitching her back up. We were in an out in less than an hour! Super clean facility too! Thanks again for your help! We will definitely be back for all of our urgent healthcare needs! ❤️

Visited on Sept 23rd, with a miserable head cold, bronchitis and cough. Wait time was about 15 minutes, and I was treated by Dr. Shah, who was excellent. He actively listened to my tale of woe of just getting over 4 weeks of bronchitis, only to catch it again. Thorough examination (including xray), and the doctor provided prescriptions for an antibiotic, cough suppressant, and inhaler. 48 hours later and I am feeling much better. Great staff and top quality treatment!

Deceptive Billing. Many others have written google reviews confirming what happened to us. We have gone to this urgent care many times in the past with no issue, but recently took my son and the charge went from $35 copay to $319 for the exact same visit - a strep test. If possible, DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY FOR URGENT CARE. They now charge everyone for provider charges and facility costs. This is deceptive billing. We will not longer be going to this urgent care and I’ll be sure to let others know that other urgent cares are transparent about billing (ie Advocate, NM, CVS, PM Pediatrics)…

Deceptive billing. They sent us a $578 bill for a simple urinalysis. after insurance. We will not use this facility, and in general NCH again.

At 8:00am on a Saturday 20 people before me to register and you have one person at the counter, took me over 30 minutes to get registered hire more people Waiting times ridiculous and one employee is even more ridiculous

I have been to this facility many times and have been treated in professional manner. From checkin to walkout has gone smoothly with very little wait time before performing tests/procedures. I will continue to use the Kideer branch when needed. Nice to have a facility such as this in the NW suburban area.

I walking in at 5:20 pm and I was turned away because they no longer accepting patient when it clear says they are open till 6pm.

Deceptive Billing. We have gone to this urgent care many times in the past with no issue, but recently took my children and the charges are doubling. They now charge us for provider charges and facility costs. This is deceptive billing and not additional value added. We will not longer be going to this urgent care.

Excellent care, both the Physician and RN were outstanding, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and run all the necessary tests. Very good communication throughout and wait time was not long, especially for a walk in urgent care visit.

BEWARE of Billing! I recently took my kids to this facility, which I have been to many times. This past time, they are attempting to charge us for a hospital provider charges and facility charges. It’s essentially deceptive trade practice as they are advertising as an immediate care, but billing as a hospital.

the most disrespectful and degrading group of people - id rather be in pain than have to attend this clinic, do not go here unless you want to be talked down to and threatened to have the cops called on you. all i did was ask to speak to a higher up and was told i was being abusive and they’re going to call the police, since when did the phrase “i would like to speak to your manager” become a form of abuse

Went in for a few worrying symptoms, but was only tested for the flu and basic cbc, despite me saying I was negative for flu/covid. I unfortunately was still very unwell and had to go to the ER, where I was diagnosed with a UTI, which could’ve been caught at Urgent Care. The doctors were kind but I would’ve preferred more thorough testing.
