They were unable to assist with my issue. I had to go to a 'corporate' Xfinity store.

One if the worst stores that I’ve ever visited !
They lied about timing of getting a phone when I ordered !
They say 50% off on accessories, I picked 3 items and they couldn’t do the 50% because one of the items was 20% on sale 🤨
And they insist that you already used this coupon which I never did !
I either need to leave Xfinity and comcast for good or I have to drive 40 min away to find myself a better store !

Walked in to get some assistance with a fraudulent bill my Mother received.
Service was absolutely horrible. Barely had eye contact with me as I was speaking. Right away told me to call customer service.
As I was still standing in front of her, without saying anything to me, spoke to her coworkers about getting the food in drive thru. I guess our conversation was finished. I walked out and said “have a good day” since it was apparent I was interrupting their lunch order. Wow…

I used to be a district sales mgr for a wireless retail agent. If I was still in that role I could teach a class on how to be great at your job by showing a video of the interactions I had today at this store and teach people to do the opposite. Most apathetic lazy unhelpful collection of slugs assembled in one place at one time. We are taking our business elsewhere!

I walked in, spoke to Erwin and he was amazing! he told me everything I need to know about what I was getting and every promotion I needed to know for the current time, the guy is a chad.
Please, give this man something for his hard work because he earns it with his vibe! I'm hard at hearing and he was not even phased like other people when they work this type of job, Erwin is the only Xfinity pro I'm willing to talk to.
This Review is based on my visit 09-03-25 in the afternoon 5:11pm CTZ.

Horrible store in Kildeer. Refused to help me with phones I just purchased & activated from Xfinity Schaumburg. This occured shortly after store opened for the day. I was the only customer and two employees said they couldn't help me. Told me to go online or back to Schaumburg store. Why does this location exist if they can't do anything?
They were able to screw me up a year ago when I came here. Ended up with higher bills, less service and lost a phone#. Must travel further to competent stores.
Employees at another store in the same strip mall told me customers complain to them about that Xfinity all the time. Rather than go to Xfinity next to their store, they drive to the Arlington Heights store.

I went to the Xfinity store to get home internet, but instead of helping me they tried to push a mobile line, saying the $40 plan wasn’t available without it. That was a lie, because I later signed up for the same plan online with no problem. Very disappointed that they would mislead customers—unfortunately I have no other providers at my address, otherwise I wouldn’t deal with this company.

I went to the Xfinity store in Kildeer, Illinois and the young sales. Associates were extremely rude to us. We walked in asking for help on how to get our phone fixed and the young associate only said we don’t fix phones. They are not helpful at all.
