“Last month, my 1999 Pontiac Trans Am was damaged at a car wash when one of the retaining clips failed, causing the rear passenger-side fiberglass bumper to crack. Finding a replacement bumper was not an option since Pontiac is no longer in business, and locating parts for a Trans Am in 2026 is extremely difficult.

There were many with frills, pictures of children not cars and how great they were with bad reviews. I found National Body Works no frills just honest reviews and pictures of before and after cars. “Marek is very friendly and honest. When we brought our car to him we were still upset and stressed about the accident we were involved in. He was very reassuring and hospitable. He offered us drinks, talked to us about his plan, and was overall very helpful. We brought our HRV to him with extensive damage and it was returned to us looking better than when we bought it. “I had a small area of body damage to my vehicle. I received a quote in April 2026, after the damage occurred. I was not ready to schedule repairs until summer was complete. When I contacted the shop in September they honored the estimate. They were completed the work earlier than the original estimate and the body work was perfect. The car was also returned to me exceptionally clean (seemed like they vacuumed it thoroughly, which was an unexpected and nice surprise). The value for the work that was performed was excellent. I hope I do not need their services anytime soon, but I would easily recommend.”

“Came in with rear end collision, and the work done was excellent. I can find no evidence that it was hit except for the newer parts that were put in. I noticed one small detail. Went to two different places one told me its the catalytic converter that would cost 1800, another told me its a leak that would cost 800 to repair, went to Mike for a third opinion he cleared it and told me it's just because I have a gas cap it can be loose nothing serious and told me I can get the emission test done. He did not charge me. I did and it passed the test. Truly grateful for him and he is really good at what he does as he was the only one that was able to tell me what was actually going on.”

“So I had an issue with an order I had placed. I reached out to their customer support and got a response from Jose. For some reason my order was lost in the mail it showed that it was in route to next facility but never made it. With that being said Jose looked into it and determined that they will just sent out a new order. Instead of me waiting for the mail to loose it again I decided to just pick it up from there location witch is 10 minutes from my house. When I showed up it was quite an easy. Was waiting for me at the front counter. So if anyone ever needs anything for Billet Specialties I recommend it highly they will go over and Beyond for you.”
