One thing: things done at this location takes twice as long, but why so rude?
I always treat other people with respect, it would be nice if the post office employee be polite in return. The person is not doing me any favor, it simply doing job for the money.

Kenneth is the best. He acknowledges everyone and happy to help. I was going to prioritize mail and he suggested certified to send tax info because as long as it’s postmarked, no penalties. He didn’t have to tell me this option. He saved me some money because he’s kind. This office is always friendly and nice. The other reviews are unfair. This is a small post office, but gets the job done in a friendly way!

The clerk Mardina Harris is very professional and efficient. She does a very good job of assisting the customers with their transactions and quickly gets lines down. I appreciate her service.

The women who work there are always working hard. There is always a line and some customers get nasty but they are always helpful.

Never know what is customer service. My package was there for 2 months and never left the post office until I involved international claim. When I went there asking the explanation, manager just kept me waiting 30min never showed up, I left my phone number, of course I have not received yet. I visited this place several times, the old lady in cubical 1 who is manager always rude to customer. She doesn't deserve working there. I haven't received any explanation and apologize so far. Won't go there again.

Went today,a Saturday. Door was locked. the posted time of closure was 12:30. It was 12:11. Employee inside, very rudely informed me to read the sign. I'm going to start paying my bills on-line. Zero stars.
