I can't say enough about the amazing staff at Hortons. I made a very small purchase there. Got to my truck and battery was dead. The staff was kind enough to help me out. Wes came out with a charger that was not strong enough. He then got the forklift and cables then got me started! Thanks Wes! I have great experiences at so many Aces!!!

I was here to unload product for the store. This place is kind of in a downtown setting unless it is the actual downtown. Parking around lunch is hard and streets get packed. I'm sure the store has everything you need though.

I recently purchased a grill from Horton’s. They assembled it and delivered it within a few days. When I tried to start it for the first time, it did not work, I went to the store the next day and spoke to Jeremy. He walked me through the trouble shooting process and actually offered to come over to our house if I was still unable to get it started on his personal time! His instructions worked and we were able to enjoy the grill immediately for our Morher’s Day celebration He even called me to make sure everything was good. Very appreciated! Excellent follow up from someone who cares about the work he does and the customer!!!!

Arrived last nite just at closing time and instead of being greeted with what are you looking for and maybe being customer friendly was just told me are closed not even a sorry we are closed but we are closed,will not be returning there anytime in the future for any of my hardware needs

Jeremy and Dom were so accommodating to my needs of getting a copy of my key made and made me at ease with how difficult it was to even find this key anywhere else. If nowhere else has it Ace hardware will most likely have it and their employees will treat you like family.
