Not the branch you would like to do business with! A personal banker experience with Daniel was very unprofessional. To this day, he didn't even return our calls to check on his client or follow up even after 4 or 5 voice calls and emails. Better go with another local bank in La Grange for a much better client experience!

The most nonchalant staff I’ve experienced at ANT bank. Couldn’t even bother with a greeting. I could’ve used the ATM instead.

The maps takes you to their drive up atms but the actual Chase bank lobby is 2/3 blocks east on La Grange Rd and Calendar Ave.

Chase are a soulless bank that takes every opportunity to charge fees that are not valid. A very poor bank whose staff often resemble androids. Loyalty and individualism means nothing to them.

I needed CASH... So it's a GREAT thing to have the choice of going to the bank teller or the ATM.Chance might not be the greatest bank. But it's still good to have these ATMs.??????? Merry Christmas Everybody.???????????? ????

I called and tried to verify a check, I didn't want any information just if the check is good. The manager said she can't help me with that, they don't provide this information. I mean it's just a yes the check is valid or no the check is not, it's for the benefit of their customer what about if it was a fraudulent check. Chase is getting worse and worse. I am sure the manager easily could have helped just didn't want to. What ever happened to providing great customer service and finding ways to say yes and helping.

Recent experience has been getting worse and worse. 1 teller has been giving me a hard time doing business there ... for being asian?? 15+ years, around 10 personal and business accounts. Hate to say that I have to look for a different bank to do business with.
