“Miguel helped us switch over from AT&T. He and the other two staff members there were all so nice and helpful in switching our plan over to T-Mobile. They engaged all costumers as they walked in and just let them know someone would be with them as soon as possible and no one waited more 10 minutes to be assisted. We got iPhones and the watches were included which was nice and unexpected and they showed us all the perks T-Mobile offers on their app, also unexpected. At the end of it we will also be saving about $100 per month on our bill.”

My kids and I stop in almost daily for various things as we live a few blocks away and we were so disappointed that he isn't allowed to play his music in the store anymore. It was also so refreshing and fun to come in when he had it on so we wanted to put in a vote to bring the music back!:)”

“I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years. I recently upgraded phones and ran into an account issue that required me to come into the store several times, and after many attempts I was not getting responses from one of the regional managers who originally handled my account. I have an infant and repeatedly attempting an in store issue is not ideal. Thankfully, Roberto took over the issue, thoroughly explained my bill, went out of his way to make the corrections and ultimately reminded me why I stay with Verizon as a provider. Roberto took the time to call me with updates so I wasn’t left without answers, and made sure I left the phone call with understanding of my account. He touched base at least 4 times in the day, and by the end of the day the issue was resolved. He said he was a newer manager, but his composure, professionalism and expertise in Verizon’s products had me convinced he had been a manager there for a decade. I’m really happy he stepped in to hear my concerns and deliver quality communication skills. Thank you Roberto!”
