“Miguel helped us switch over from AT&T. He and the other two staff members there were all so nice and helpful in switching our plan over to T-Mobile. They engaged all costumers as they walked in and just let them know someone would be with them as soon as possible and no one waited more 10 minutes to be assisted. We got iPhones and the watches were included which was nice and unexpected and they showed us all the perks T-Mobile offers on their app, also unexpected. At the end of it we will also be saving about $100 per month on our bill.”

“First, I have to say how wonderful Alphonso is that works at store 13324, he is always so friendly and personable, he's just the best! My kids and I stop in almost daily for various things as we live a few blocks away and we were so disappointed that he isn't allowed to play his music in the store anymore. It was also so refreshing and fun to come in when he had it on so we wanted to put in a vote to bring the music back!:)”
