Came here today for my 2 year old son’s haircut. We had an older African American woman (not sure what her name is). My son did exceptionally well for a 2 year old (no crying, no screaming, etc.) but this woman was so impatient and rude. She even stated, “I’m going to cut him if he doesn’t sit still.” Can you imagine a grown woman saying that to a young child?? Every time he would move slightly, she would roll her eyes and sigh. Not to mention, the haircut was uneven and sloppy. She has no business cutting hair, but I doubt anything will be done about it considering there are multiple bad reviews about this “stylist” and she still works at this location in La Grange. Never coming back here.

Sooo many bad haircuts here. I take my son here and everytime he asks for a fade the lady cuts his hair too short and all the hair sticks up and theres bald spots. She also shaves very aggressively. I dont think the lady should be working there without a license. I called corporate before and they keep saying the same thing the MANAGER can fix it..okay but everyone on here leaves bad reviews on your stylist/ bad experiences. This location should be shut down and many clients have told me they moved on to Oak Park.

The lady who cut my hair was nice but other one only says welcome to only a select few and I wasn’t a select few.
Same lady asked me if I mind waiting as there were a few ahead of me. Why should mind thinking it is only fare to serve the customers ahead of me? Odd question I thought

Terrible experience yesterday with Sheryl or whatever her name is, she just messed up bad, I even show her how I wanted my haircut and she did terrible , not even detail to cleaning, the worst .

Horrible. An older black lady cut my hair. Didn't ask what I wanted done. Just looked at noted and started cutting. I wanted a light trim, and she immediately took off an inch and a half. Just before I was done, she asked if I wanted my eyebrows done and preceeded to cut the ends off of them.
