Annie provided outstanding assistance to me in assisting with my move in on Saturday. We were running quite late, but she assured me and my crew that all would be ready when we arrived. Annie went out of her way to clearly explain the facility procedures, demonstrated operation of the keypad entry and lock, and got me through the paperwork with thorough explanations of rental details, while in record time. Her upbeat and friendly demeanor made the arduous experience pleasant. The facility itself is clean and bright, the loading dock is large and easily accessible from both street and storage units, and large, easily maneuverable carts are ready for use immediately adjacent to the dock area. If I could give Annie and Life Storage La Grange Park 10 starts, I would do so in a heartbeat!

I have to say without a doubt that James the manager at this facility is absolutely fantastic. He goes out of his way to accommodate and or help you. Very personable and goes the extra mile to help you. Life storage is very lucky to have this manager work for them.
I’d also like to commend one of his staff; Chloe, also very helpful and personable. Kudos to Life Storage!
