Horrible experience. Find another agent.Mr. Wessel is extremely pushy, dishonest, opportunist and corrupted. One of the worst experiences I had with an agent. Really bad experience.Misleads you on telling you he will help you and then charges you fees for work that was never done. Then, he threatens you with emails and will sue you if you decide to go with another agent and claims you own him money.He exploited my parents (Seniors over 62) and as of today’s date is harassing my parents attempting to take advantage of them.The agent is unethical and very misleading. Very unprofessional.Do your due diligence and hire another agent before you make a mistake.
