He looked at the label assessed that it was a return that I did not have to pay for, asked if I wanted a receipt (smiling the whole time from when I came in) which I took and he wished me a good day! I said about the same to him & the other workers and they all said 'Thanks, have a good (great) day' as I exited. That's excellent customer service!!!
