“I called the store prepared for a battle in regards to my bill but what I received was a very articulate, professional young lady named Sharneese who explained in detail what happened and a possible solution for the problem. She said that she would have to get in touch with management for approval and would have to call me back once that occurred. I thought to my self… I’ll never hear from her again, she’s just trying to get me off the phone but to my surprise in less than five minutes she called me back saying the issue had been resolved prompting me to write this review. “My experience at My Mechanic Elmhurst was terrific. They conducted their inspection and determined my A/C compressor went kaput. They also performed the required testing to determine the reason for a Check Engine light.
I brought the car in on Friday and the repairs were completed by Monday morning. Courteous service and they satisfactorily answered all my questions. I will have all of my cars serviced by My Mechanic in the future.”

“My experience was top notch, I had a mechanic / tech that didn't try and upsale anything and he was transparent with me. He should me the broken mounts on my apu. I feel Perry didn't try to bs me and I believe that others could learn from this man. Very professional and kept me informed of the major problems that I had with my apu unit, actually showed the reason. Perry was very thorough and I recommend Gatway to any one. Wish they had people like Perry in every establishment like this.I hope gateway realizes that they have a 1 of a kind, and won't sugar coat and take off of any issue and will keep you in the loop, Perry is the man. Very satisfied”

“The girls that works there are too busy passing out phone numbers to men to pick up dates I suppose but besides that the trucks are okay attitude needs to be worked on more on the business less on personal time should be done on personal time not to get paid and picking up men at the same time in front of customers.”
