Chef beau is knowledgeable & willing to assist you in meal prep. Everything is gluten free! Which is beyond a blessing, since it is difficult to find at times. They have full meal service, breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snack options. I recommend the paleo Brownie bites. My kids and I loved them.
