Went to switch from Xfinity to Verizon told me I was gonna a free phone is true also told me I was gonna get a free watch and didn’t explain what I was gonna be paying for I went to different Verizon they took care of me told me I had pay for watch I get 200 off watch and told me plan on my phone I can choose from Verizon in this place told me I had get premium plan to get free watch and phone she sits all the way in the back walk straight and you will see her her name start with a s be careful guys!

Rude, waited 45 minutes for them to return from lunch, one employee smoked pot throughout my 4 1/2 experience there. After purchasing a new phone and IPad was told I was entitled after spending over 500$. Forgot to leave my trade-in and receive over 20 calls regarding, explained I would be back the next day. This is not this first time with this store. However, it will be the last! Called corporate to make an additional complaint.

Terrible experience. Do not waste your time going to this store. I am shocked they are still in business. Inexperienced staff with no desire to provide good customer service. If I could give zero stars, that would be my rating.

Went in for an upgrade. Two additional phone lines were mysteriously added to my account plus $38 per month insurance fee I did not ask for. Monthly Bill went from $137 to $337.
Needless to say I will never go back

I will give them 0 star if it was an option. False statements by the staff trying to make a sale. The worst customer service after the sale. Added extra service to my plan I did not consent to. Extremely rude when I confronted them. Very unprofessional. Closed during their posted business hours without signs or anything on the door.
