Elderly lady with colored eyes was very rude! The whole time I was at the store she was legit talking to me in a rude way. Also when I paid at the register I asked for a bag and he response was “ well it’s not going to fit in the bag anyways”. Like who does that to a paying customer. I wasn’t even able to get a receipt. PLEASE FIX THIS BEHAVIOR ITS TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE!

Went to pickup a prescription. Five techs standing around talking. Took a few minutes before someone noticed. Then young woman could not of been more dismissive and rude. Wow!! If people don't like their work, get a new job. You need to do way better Walgreens!!! Way better!

Unfortunately, both the pharmacy and general store have been very disappointing. The pharmacy was very inconsistent in being able to fill the prescriptions I needed during pregnancy in a timely matter. Countless times, I was told to come back later or the next day. I never had that issue at any other Walgreens location. As far as inside, two of the people that work there (man with bleach hair and older lady) are very unfriendly, especially to young children. I have felt very uncomfortable each time I was there, with or without children in tow.. I am not planning to come back which is unfortunate since it is the closest location to me and I wish the environment in there matched the town.

This pharmacy can not keep consistent staff. Every few weeks there is new staff. They always seem to be rude and think they know more than doctors. I wish there were more options for us around here. They are always understaffed, take forever and are extremely RUDE.

A fat bleach blonde guy yelled at my friends and I for apparently laughing too loud and joking around, he said "guys settle down" in a very rude tone. Along with this, he also kept on watching us like a hawk and giving us dirty looks as if we were going to steal. Little rule of thumb if your going to treat people disrespectful and rude, expect them to treat you the same way. This man was very unwelcoming and rude, as you can tell he hates his job. DO NOT work a customer service job if you are going to treat your customers disrespectfully?. I will definitely be going to the walgreens in lyons from now on. To the man, please do us all a favor and please quit your job because you hate it so much!

I have had Walgreens as my pharmacy, but as of today, no more. One of the pharmacy assistants, technicians, or even a pharmacist, hung up on me today. The medication that needed to be refilled was the incorrect concentration. In addition, today, I received a letter from the original medical group that prescribed the medication 2 and a half years ago, stating that they were recently notified by Walgreens that the prescription needed refilling. That meant that Walgreens pharmacy had a patient history for me that was wildly incorrect: wrong medical group, wrong concentration of medication, ... and, ultimately, I was denied the prescriptions being filled until it was sorted out. It wasn't my current doctor's fault. It wasn't my current health insurance provider's fault. It wasn't my fault. Walgreens had a patient history for me dating back a decade that was riddled with errors that were mystifying. None of my medical history appeared to be updated. It was exasperating to discover why the prescription was being denied and then, the pharmacy staff was unprofessional and incompetent in responding to my inquiry by hanging up.

Pharmacy- They never have my medications and I always have to wait days after I've run out and they are always saying it will be ready the next day and it takes a week.

DO NOT GET PASSPORT PHOTOS at this location.Guy on duty literally said, "I hate doing this".I told him the photos were too dark that my features were hidden and was concerned that the passport office wouldn't approve using them. His response was, "I've never had anyone return photos".Upon a quick Google search, "why passport photos get rejected". Yes, "too dark", "too bright", "wearing glasses", etc.Thankfully, someone else on duty refunded my money. Then went to the Walgreens at LaGrange Highlands at Roosevelt and Mannheim and they took fantastic photos.In all fairness, the cameras provided by Walgreens for their staff to take photos are awful. So the ladies at the Roosevelt store use their own camera phones!

I'm not sure what it is about this location, but every person working there is always angry. They speak rudely to customers and never know what is going on with pickups at the photo center or drive thru. We have only lived here a little over a month and every counter we have had get has been negative.

Chris should NOT have a job there. He is rude to paying customers and to fellow employees. I came in and was told I was being too loud and could leave despite that not even being the case. Do not come here

Pharmacy is horrible. Called about a prescription amd they were so rude. Went to pick up a prescription and it was rude with attitude. Just told my Dr switch to a different walgreens or cvs.
