I ordered 8 pizzas to feed friends and kids and got a call from the Laharpe, IL store asking if I ordered 16 pizzas. I said no I ordered 8 pizzas the total being 62.51 after discounts. she the proceeds to tell me I have to cancel my order and replace it online. I told her it was through the app and it wouldn't let me cancel the order so she canceled it on her end. I then explained to her it already charged my bank account. she told me to reorder using the app but the app would not let me use any discount again. I tried to explain that to her but the manager mellissa didn't seem to know what to do or even care. she said she can't get the price back to what they already charged me for. and this was all over like 7 different phone calls back and forth. and after getting frustrated with the hole situation we just canceled the hole order and had to travel the extra 20min to macomb il to get something to eat for 6 kids and 4 adults. it was a complete disaster and now everyone isn't gonna get to eat until almost 10pm because of this

Stopped in to cool off on a bicycle trip passing through the area. Amanda offered to fill our bottles and add ice. But the best part was advice about the local roads. She and a customer helped us with local knowledge, they were all simply nice people, being nice!

I go in here in mornings before taking my daughters to school the morning lady isalways so rude an never has a smile or a good greeting coming into this store I work at a caseys as well but I always make my customers feel appreciated an they always leave with a smile caseys motto is caseys cares that means employees are to care for there customers because a good greeting always brings a smile an more business.

We stopped & got pizza after our Dr appointment. We had a bacon cheeseburger & a cheese. They both were DELICIOUS!!!! Will do this again!!

Ordered a taco pizza. Basically toppings were non existent plus not 1 pack of taco sauce! Callled an talked to an employee and she was rude, wanted to argue! Moral of story is if you want a good taco pizza this IS NOT the place to get it! I’ve had many taco pizzas from other locations that were fine but not this location!

I love the people who work there but you cannot trust that they will have your pizza ready when it is suppose to be done. Order at your own risk. Three times in a row I ordered via the app only to arrive at the store to pick up my pizzas and had to wait 20 minutes or more. After addressing this with corporate there was no change. I witnessed someone from another state that waited a full hour after placing an order to get it from this store. He could have driven 12 miles and got a pizza faster. This store has gone downhill rapidly in the last year. When I worked there, we made a record 74 pizzas one Friday night and were never allowed to tell anyone more than 20 minutes to wait...and guess what? We didn't make them wait and we are only making $7.25 an hour. How they make $11 and hour and can't get it right but want $15? Bah...

Ordered 2 subs today (11/30/2020) got there and the lady said “it says 7:33pm” I ordered them around 6:40pm got there around 7:10pm so you think it would have been ready. Nope, then she makes the hot sub first so by the time she’s done with the cold one the hot one was cold. Don’t appreciate having to have a cold meatball sub.

Fix your cappuccino machine. I could probably make 2 cups from the amount of powder your machine put into my cup. Undrinkable, and it's been this way for MONTHS.
