“I live 50 min from Chillicothe but drive there every day for work. My employer recommended this shop. Took my car there about 3 weeks ago for help getting a stripped and seized lugnut off so I could change my front brakes and rotors. They gave me a VERY reasonable quote to drill out the lug, change the brakes, and rotate the tires. Dropped it off in the morning and it was done by lunch. Very friendly staff, great pricing, and fast service. They will have my business anytime I need something done. Highly Recommended!!!”

“I was very impressed with Riverside service center. I want to start by saying my vehicle was under warranty, so I needed to take it to a Chevy service center. I called 9 service centers before Riverside. They were all rude and acted like I was causing them so much hassle just to get my car in to be diagnosed. Some said they would call me back and never did. I called Riverside and Keith F. answered. He was friendly from the start, he answered questions I hadn't even been able to ask the others. He never seemed annoyed or acted like my questions were dumb. He got my scheduled for the next day. When I arrived he walked me through the process and then called me every couple days with updates, even during a holiday week and prior to leaving for his vacation. I never had to pester them once. Brian J. was also helpful when I arrived to pick my car up, went over everything again with me and made sure I didn't have questions. Customer service like this is hard to find, so these guys both deserve 5 stars! Since it was under warranty I was stressed it would be a hassle but they took care of everything and made the whole experience painless. I've had my vehicle back for a few weeks and it is running better than ever. Thank you Riverside!”

“Good experience, I'd recommend. I had bought a car from Seth 3 months back. Just recently the car started running rough, so i take it to Seths shop. He diagnoses it as a bad oil pressure sensor which would cost $169 to repair. Just got my car back today and not only did he drive it to my house and deliver it. But he also didnt charge me a penny. He only had it overnite because he had to order the sensor. I was utterly shocked at the quality of his customer service skills along with being an excellent, honest mechanic. He obviously knows how to win a loyal customer for life. His right hand mechanic Mark is also excellent at his job.”
