I went to this store to use the western union. The general manager, Dana Fanning went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Western Union gave her such a hard time for over half an hour. It showed on my phone that the funds were available for me to pick up in her store. She has to follow policy though. She spoke with three different representatives from WU that all told her different things and were of no help while she kept her cool for over half an hour. Meanwhile, this has one of the two registers down and the other one was getting quite a few customers which the other workers handled nicely as they didn't seem to care for the wait. However, I was a hotmess as I had been dealing with poor service all day elsewhere until Dana and needed my money. Knowing this and not having to but out of the kindness of her heart, Dana Fanning gave me $5 so I could get gas and go to Kroger's in Chillicothe to use their WU and invited me back to the customer appreciation day the following Saturday. Not knowing me and just wanting to make sure that my husband would be able to get to work the next day, as that's what the WU was for (gas money) , this wonderful woman changed our life!! Thank you so very much Dana! You really don't know what it means to us! Again I apologize for what a wreck I was and really appreciate your kindness and support! Now that is customer satisfaction! Not just a gas station but a good place where you get treated like the person you are, thanks!!! And it's not just the money, everyone is ALWAYS SUPER FRIENDLY EVERY SINGLE TIME I VISIT THIS STORE! You cannot say that for their local competition, just saying, it matters 😊
