“The employees have always been friendly and helpful. This is a smaller USPS, but I rarely have to wait long (I do try to avoid the hours of 3-5). It's a no-nonsense trip - the staff helps you get what you need and be on your way; very efficient staff response. Very clean, (dated, but gives you that historical Chillicothe feel).I once had live chicks delivered here, and although they were late in their arrival (not because of Chilli USPS), the workers were on top of calling me the moment they arrived, even after hours. This location truly cares about the community it serves.”

“Friendly staff. Always a smile when you walk in the door. Everything is great except the hours. Most post offices are open until 4pm or 5pm. This one closes at 2pm & is only open 2 hours on Saturdays.”
