“This is regards to Emergencies! While I do understand and support your decision to try and save money with staffing by not having to answer the phone, I find it hard to believe that you wouldn't have some sort of a contact for local issues! Even a corporate employee to answer the phone on an Emergency line to field whether or not it is a call that they could make to the Store on behalf of the original Caller for the issue! I had a Customer for my repair shop who had a miss hap pulling into the parking lot of your Peru Illinois Store. A simple phone call to your Store would have helped to keep all informed to help prevent a tow and let you know that were coming for it! But also what about family Emergencies? Love the Store but have concerns over this issue. David Todd”
“Looks like a nice place with a nice family taking care of it. I didn't get much the first time I went in as it was hot, had no cooler, and was going to eat after visiting. We picked up a few things this time but plan to be back again with a cooler sooner than later. They rotate items as seasons dictate. Really need to start shopping here instead of Hy-Vee or Walmart. Hopefully they keep growing, no pun intended.”
