Placed an order a few days ago online, they have a great selection of Nora Fleming and better prices than other online options. I appreciate the free shipping, especially! I received my items within a few days.

I just had a very surprising experience with Carol & Company. I called regarding the location of my order I had placed on January 21, 2018. I was told it was delivered on February 20, 2018. I said I never received this order and we have a camera on our front porch which I had already viewed. She said "well, I'm sorry" "the Post Office says it was delivered". I said, I shop online a ton and I have to admit I have never received this response from any company before regarding this issue. Again, she didn't care. I said if you used UPS or FEDEX there would be accountability but not with USPS. Still didn't care. So, I'm supposed to be out almost $100 and have no product. I said I was calling my visa to decline the charge and she said "go ahead". I hung up after that. She did send me the report from the post office saying it was delivered but I never got it. Went back again to my camera for that date and show no package delivery from the post office. I guess it went to the wrong home, but I never received what I paid for. Very poor customer service, not even polite.

I was really excited to find this shop near my house. Downtown Barrington is really cute. There are a few shops I like, but wish there were more. Recently, a few new ones have popped up & this is definitely a favorite. Filled with jewelry & gifts, this shop is also conveniently located in the same plaza as a bakery, Italian restaurant, post office & my dentist's office. Lots of different brands & artists. Everything plus more is on their website, and with photos! I like that. They even gave me a card to write down my personal wishlist, which I gave to someone dear in hopes I would get everything on it. I fell in love with Grandmother's Buttons jewelry and a John Wind gold chain bracelet. I also love the Loren Hope jewelry, but wish it was more affordable. The Bourbon and Bowties bangles made of all different kinds of stones & gems are all one-of-a-kind. Some are actually not even on their website. There is always a raffle going on & entries are earned with each visit to the store. They raffle off different items all the time. The ladies working at the shop are smiley & friendly. I came in a couple times & talked to one young girl who is really nice & down-to-Earth. =) Just a great place to get gifts for girls, but guys, as well. They have cufflinks made of real baseball stitching & bottle openers made from real MLB bats! They host events time to time & offer discounts once in awhile via their email subscription. Definitely will go back when it's time to make another wishlist for Christmas & when I need a gift for someone.
