“I sent in an old pair of clippers that my Mom used cutting my hair when I was a kid, needed a new power cord. I got a hold of Chuck and he took care of everything. I couldn't be more happy with the results, these clippers are at least 60 years old, and hold a lot of sentimental value to me.”

“I knew, when I made the appointment, that this would go well because I was asked detailed and relevant questions. This groomer is careful about dog interaction and their vaccine status.My dog is a 40lb Belgian Groenendael. She is not easy to groom. She gets a shield of matting after a while. After her groom, I can feel every inch of her skin. She is so soft! And beautiful! I highly recommend.”

He called an associate at the store and they found the leaf spring he needed. They were willing to stay a little after closing time if needed so we could make the long trip there to pick it up. “I recently starting taking my dog here for grooming, and had such a great experience the first time, I've since come to buy his food and toys here too. Savannah did a phenomenal job both times and shows such care for my dog, which means so much. Checking out today, Gabby at the register was very friendly and helpful. She asked if it would be okay to give my dog a treat and he was one happy pup.
A few days ago I also had a great experience with Mario. I have a pinched nerve and was starting to struggle carrying the bag of dog food. Mario was kind enough to take it to the register and ring me up, and asked if he could help more by carrying the food to my car. I really appreciated the help and his kindness.

“I’m very happy that I took my dog to get his nails cut here. I have tried several other places over the past year or more. One place even gave him medication to calm him, but nothing worked. He just would not let them touch his feet. I walked him in canine clippers and we were done in less than 10 minutes. It was such a relief! We will be back.”

“The staff at PetSmart have always done a great job grooming our 12 year old Golden Retriever. He is getting up there in age and has some pretty bad arthritis. It takes a couple groomers to help him stand for an extended period of time to get a good comb out as well as removing a lot of matted areas. He comes home pretty wiped out but in a few hours he is rested and roaming around. Thanks to the caring staff in PetSmarts grooming department. Great job.”

“Staff genuinely cares about animals. The reviews of people being upset by staff asking questions about animal setups prior to purchase should be thankful they are asking questions, and just not blinding handing animals out. Industrial sized filter systems allow for more fish to be housed at a time temporarily (petco only provides temporary homes). Those upset by fish questions when trying to purchase fish need to be more mindful and acknowledge its because the staff wants the animals to have the best chance at survival.”
