Love volunteering with BBB and sharing my love of reading with kids! So fortunate to be able to give back my time to support this wonderful mission.

I started volunteering at Bernie's after retiring and have enjoyed the experience and sense of community. As an avid reader I know the value of book ownership to increasing literacy.

I stopped by to volunteer and was impressed by how huge and well-organized this facility is! They collect book donations and buy new books to donate to kids in need who might not otherwise grow up with books in the home. We packed up books for about 400 kids in just a couple hours! It’s wonderful what they do!
