“I love the texting option and pick up and drop off of my bike. The tune up was exactly what I expected and needed. Everything is lined up perfectly now with gear shifts where they should have been”
“The staff at the Trek store in Highland Park is what sets them apart! I have trusted the shop for 5+ years, and they were my go-to shop when preparing for the 2025 Ironman World Championship race this year!!”
“I had a great experience with this shop. They gave a second life to my old bike. The service and communication were excellent, much better than at Lifestyle Cycle down the street where I had been before”
“Greg and everyone at Deerfield Cyclery were fantastic. I stopped in several times before buying and never once felt pressured — I always felt welcome and comfortable asking questions. Greg was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about cycling. The entire process felt professional, personal, and easy from start to finish. I couldn’t have had a better experience and would highly recommend them.”
“Duncan at Erik’s helped us get the perfect bike for our grandson. The big box stores only have a few displayed and are rather cheaply made. Some of the bike stores only had high end bikes. Duncan found us the perfect bike, the right size, well-made, and a very fair price.”

“Affordable, friendly, independent service! I got a flat tire nearby and Nate saved me from a two hour walk home for less than the cost of an Uber! Don't go to a chain store!”
