“I had rust on the frame rails of my 2008 Cadillac CTS. No one in the immediate vicinity would even look at the car and the one that did was priced so high I considered just buying another car. Greg agreed to take on the job. I was given a firm date for drop off and he finished the job 2 days before predicted. He took photos to show me what he had completed. He even fixed the drivers side that wasn't quite as bad as the passenger side and didn't charge me any more than his original quote. I will be sending my family and friends to Greg for any auto body needs.”

There is no high pressure. They just seem so well organized, so I guess they truly are that. This review applies specifically to the Mercedes-Benz service center. However, it could also apply generally to Knauz's BMW servicel. Well done, gentlemen and ladies!”

“This is an amazing body shop for BMWs, Mercedes, Ineos and Land Rovers. Our Land Rover had been rear ended but was still driveable. The shop was efficient, communicative and worked very hard with our insurance company (State Farm) to get claim funds to cover the entire repair. They were very detailed in their inspection and assessment report. They used new, OEM parts. We worked with Chris and were very impressed with him, especially. This shop is very high quality. We got our vehicle back immaculately detailed, inside and out. This is clearly a high-demand shop, so it took two months to get an appointment. That's just the way it is now since the pandemic. But once they had the vehicle it was repaired in less than two weeks. I hope we don't have any other collisions in the future, but if we do, we'll definitely be back.”
