“I totaled my driver's side door after inadvertently leaving my car in neutral in the garage while the door was open. The car rolled back, and the door clipped against the garage wall. Thankfully, no one was hurt, although my ego needed some attention.
I called Certified Auto Body and was immediately taken care of. Debbie, the owner, had a tow truck out within the hour (the car was not fit to drive). They managed the insurance claims process for me and arranged a rental car for us before we left the shop. The prices were extremely fair, and we had our car back good as new within about a week. By far the best, smoothest, and most pleasant car experience – of any kind - I have had. These guys know what they are doing, and it shows. Highly recommend!”

“Thank You to Austin for coordinating the repairs on my BMW 2024 M3! I had a rock crack my windshield and skip across my hood, luckily the PPF did its job and saved my paint! Austin kept in contact with me updating me on repairs and gave me the great news that my hood suffered no damage except for the film needing replacement ! I also received a call from the dealership that while they’re calibrating the car that they would change my oil and save me a trip from coming there in July as I live a hour away! All around a great experience, also kudos to Knauz BMW, they took the time to save me some time!”

“Had a noon appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 11:45. Didn't start working on it until after 1:30. Didn't leave until 2:45. Never heard any reason for the delay. Looking for a new place to get service on the van.”
