I owe a huge thank you to Lori. She went out of her way to help me and made what was a very stressful situation for me go as smoothly as possible and helped me resolve it quickly. She was kind, patient, saved me hundreds of dollars, and had the best and quickest communication I have ever received with any type of customer service. I felt like I could trust her to do what she needed to do and that she would have my back with helping me out. I would confidently recommend Lori to anyone. Thank you so much!

Most comments probably boil down to "that's what they are supposed to do." You know, fix broken computers, upgrade equipment, or supply the best in software. But Computer Concepts and Lori do so much more. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why in words that people like me can understand. They don't simply tell me what to do or what I need. They help me make an informed decision. But they go even further. When my brother in law got caught in a scam, Lori and Computer Concepts got him out. When my system crashed, there they were. A word about pricing: these services are not cheap...they are fair but not cheap. If you want cheap, there are dozens of places waiting for your business. But if you want outstanding service backed by competent, dedicated, honest people, if you want peace of mind that the integrity and reliability of your systems are in safe hands, then look no further than Computer Concepts USA.

Lori was referred by a friend of a friend. After a first pleasant encounter with her assigned technician, it was all downhill. No follow up on phase II within the originally agreed timeframe was followed by several condescending emails. I am absolutely shocked how poor the customer service was. Tacit or implied excuses was all I got from her. It was clear to me that she didn’t understand who the client was and didn’t really care if she had me as a client or not. Be very careful before you engage her.

I've taken my PC here twice and both times I have had a very pleasant experience. Great customer service and quick turn around time, don't hesitate to trust computer concepts !

Lori was great. My laptop battery was not holding a charge and would shut down far before hitting 0%. I needed a quick turnaround time as my laptop was necessary for school. She rushed turnaround time and restored my battery. After fixing the battery she took her time to answer my questions via email. I will definitely use their services again for my other tech issues.

Lori and her team provided a superb expeditious as well as cost efficient job for not only me personally but also my three companies. In early June 2022 I was severely hacked and I mean severely they got everything Lori and her team jumped at it as soon as I realized what had happened and within a very reasonable short period of time addressed the issues and resolved them you will not go wrong by using them

Saved me 150 dollars, easily resolved an issue with my monitor. I should have had the utmost faith in their abilities from the start. If I ever experience another issue with my computer, I will be sure to go to them first.

My PC completely shut down on Saturday and Lori was able to address the problem and get everything up and running by Sunday. She was responsive, honest, and super reliable. I would definitely recommend her!

We have worked with Lori Tisinai and Computer Concepts USA for many years, initially bringing our computers in, but fortunately we have also been able to work 100% remotely. Mark exceeded our expectations this morning. He not only got our new modem up and running in record time, he discovered a couple of ancient switches that were throttling down our internet speed. Besides having exceptional technical expertise, he also possesses superb customer service skills.

I can't recommend Computer Concepts USA enough. They were quick to get back to me, went over everything, had an easy contactless drop off and pick up and I got my computer back safe and sound and fully functioning. I would definitely use them again.

Wow! I don’t know how to make a strong enough recommendation for Lori Tisinai. Last weekend it became clear my hard drive was not well. I left a FB message for Lori, not expecting to hear from her until Monday. She messaged right away and picked up my computer that same day. Snatching my crashing hard drive from the jaws of death in time to save 10 years of files was no small feat. Needless to say it would have been a disaster to lose everything I had on the drive. She checked in several times during the process to let me know how things were going. Once she saved my data, she made recommendations about how to proceed with new hardware and backups. She is so competent and courteous, a real pleasure to work with. Thanks, Lori!

Lori resolved a problem with my computer that two other technicians had declined to attempt because of the complexity. She was available the day we called and spent several hours resolving the issue.
