I’ve signed up for nutrition coaching and online membership program with focused results a few months ago and I’ve never felt better mentally and physically. Zak is an awesome nutrition coach. The program involves daily contents that relate to your nutrition goals and each day I look forward to reading about nutrition and how I can prep healthier meals that fit my daily routine. Zak is such an inspiration and motivation. When I’m doing his online workouts it’s as if he’s right next to me pushing me to dig deeper ? the workouts are awesome! Zak is also quick to respond to any questions. The program makes you want to make healthier daily choices no matter where you are.I’ve also signed up for online video on demand and have been doing daily yoga/meditation. Dani is an amazing yoga instructor! If you have trouble sleeping or trouble living in the present moment, I highly recommend doing daily yoga and meditation. There are days when I’m overdoing things because as you know in our society we are constantly doing something. However, I’ve never considered the importance of pausing (for at least 5 minutes) to bring yourself back to the present moment. This has been so helpful because after pausing to meditate I feel as if I can take on so much more with a peaceful mind. Dani’s online yoga classes are designed for every level. You don’t have to be a pro yogi to keep up. Every morning I listen to morning meditation and it helps me get through my daily tasks. At night before going to bed, I listen to evening meditations and I kid you not, I’ve been sleeping like a baby. The entire Focused Results team (Zak, Andrew, Scott, Drew and Dan) are awesome. I have worked with each of them and they all provide an amazing workout tailored perfectly for me every time. Knowledgeable and genuinely all around really nice guys!! I have lost weight, toned muscle and most importantly feel healthy. Great results!

Zak Rivera is a truly excellent trainer and has been my personal trainer for the last 3 years. An outstanding master of his craft, he individualizes each workout to challenge me and to make sure that my own personal goals are achieved. He keeps the workouts challenging and creative and uses a perfect combination of diverse training methods that motivates me to push past my perceived limit, thus achieving results. Zak works with the whole person, mentally, emotionally and physically knowing exactly when to push without being too 'tough', always giving consistent and positive feedback in an encouraging manner. He is thoughtful, easy going, extremely personable creating a relaxed, comfortable and positive atmosphere. He also has a lot of integrity. I have been working with Zak at his Lake Forest location now for approaching one year. Zak has created a customized program for me based on my personal fitness goals. There is a great deal of variety in the program and it feels like we are doing something new almost every session. Zak is extremely professional and has a great way of communicating and motivating based on the individual needs of everyone that works with him. I would highly recommend Zak and his team regardless if your level of fitness is at a beginner or advanced level. I have had great results so far and they keep getting better.
