Have gone here for service several times- just a flawless experience each and every time. I recommend waiting in their great waiting area while your car is being serviced so you have time to drool over all the shiny showroom candy. Other dealerships need to take notes how this one is run.

I paid $2,800 for issue that they were not able to figure out what was happening and fix. I had acceleration issue in my x328d and they replaced 3 parts that were already working. So I am very dissatisfied. I said that they should not charge me but they said I authorized them to solve things that they diagnosed wrong. I think Knauz should stand behind their work. If they don't fix something then I should not have to pay.

I order a car with costume builtAfter 4 weeks car arrivesWhen I came to pick it up I learn that I have to pay $17kExtra for my existing trad in car!Very nice surprise by unqualified sales man that never had tell me that when I was submitting my order.I just lost 1 month of my time waiting for my new car to arrive and by the end I went to another dealer and after a 3 weeks I got my car with out any extra $17k in fees!Karl Knauz BMWYou just list not 1 customer, you lost at least 10 of them.

For many years we have purchased or leased our car with KnauzBMW. They have never disappointed us in the time they spend with you, the respect they show you and the friendships that have been forged. They are an outstanding dealership! Our sales person Spencer Parker is just amazing. He is so personable, patient and kind and trustworthy! We adore him. Our financial advisor Peter could not have been more wonderful! He explains all terms and conditions in ways you understand! He is very patient and his personality shines!And we can’t forget our Genius Allen who so expertly and patiently walked us through our new vehicle features. I recently picked up a car here and the pre-delivery service was absolutely outstanding. My advisor (Matt) and the sales manager (Doug), and the person who gave me the new car tour/Q&A (whose name I unfortunately forgot) were all stellar to work with and incredibly friendly/responsive. Coming from a Tesla Model X and that pre-delivery experience the difference was shocking. These folks do what they do very well.

They mistakenly sent me parts that i never ordered or had anything to do with , they belonged to someone by the same name but in Texas . They emailed me asking for the parts back , which I said was cool but they would have to send somebody for pick up as I'm not willing to go out of my way for a mistake someone else made . Fair enough right ? I guess it didn't sit right with the guys at Knauz bmw they proceeded to start calling me names through email . Then when I call to try and talk to the guy, Murray/morrey not sure the name explain to me that the one place in the building Tony Rivera works in doesn't have a phone lol but that I could talk to thier boss which literally led to voicemail . It would seem they cover for each other when they start to harass customers or in my case an innocent bystander , truly disgusting behavior from a supposed proffesional TONY RIVERA from shipping and handling department. I woke up to these messages , I had no reason to be addressed that way. Someone there is not in a right state of mind , someone who's willing to get their personal phone , get my email out into his phone then message me to say " your own old bitch".I'm 25 lol .I included the photos of the initial message and response , then it just turned to name calling from BMW Knauz employees

I recently purchased a new BMW at Knauz. I had preordered the vehicle 5 months earlier. When I arrived the day of pickup, the sales team said they noticed I had USAA insurance, and asked if I was a veteran. I said yes, and they said I was entitled to a $1500 reduction in price on my new vehicle. The simple fact that the Knauz team went to the trouble of noticing this and making me aware and guiding me through the process has made me a life long customer from here out. Thank you!

I had been looking to purchase a BMW 5 Series and found one at Karl Knauz BMW in Lake Bluff.My client advisor, Spencer Parker, was courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. Spencer worked through all of the details ahead of time which made the transaction effortlessly smooth.The business manager, Peter Gioulos, had all of the paperwork ready for me and throughly explained all of it.An exceptional car buying experience!

I am writing to express my considerable disappointment with the recent service experience at Karl Knauz BMW. I entrusted my vehicle to the service department due to a driveshaft issue, which regrettably remained unresolved after nearly a month-long repair process - an unusual duration attributable to the use of defective parts, but I remained patient with them.Upon the retrieval of my vehicle, I noted several physical damages including deep rock chips and scratches, none of which were present prior to the service engagement. This discovery, coupled with a quite excessive nearly 50 mile addition to my vehicle's odometer ostensibly from a test drive, raises serious questions about the care and professionalism exercised during the servicing of my vehicle.Most alarmingly, missing bolts and a precariously dangling rear undercarriage cover greeted me upon closer inspection. It's concerning that such a reputable brand allowed a vehicle to be returned to a customer in this state of disrepair.This incident has unfortunately shaken my trust in the establishment for these numerous and significant oversights.As it stands, I am inclined to recommend alternative service providers to prospective customers considering Karl Knauz BMW for their vehicle's needs.

The Knauz buying experience was excellent from the casual walk-in all the way through to driving our new car off the lot. Rolly Davidson was outstanding — thoroughly knowledgeable, friendly, and very respectful and attentive to my spouse, who is an equal partner in our major buying decisions even though the car was for me. Rolly never pressured us, and he was clearly well informed about the model we were considering.The rest of the Knauz staff was helpful and efficient, including the financing process and demonstration / tutorial of the car’s tech features.Probably the best car buying experience we’ve ever had — highly recommended!

I have always admired this dealersip and have purchase a number of BMWs for them. Apparently things have changed with new ownership. I brought my car in fora few needs; rear brakes, valve cover gasket and a transmission sport mode addition. First, they suggested some work that was unnecessary, they were unfamiliar with the common defect that caused the tranny problem and suggested replacing the shifter because it was " probaby the microswitch" to the tune of $1800. That would not have fixed the problem. I told the service advisor that the common problem on e90's is the wires breaking due to a design flaw. I let them do the brakes for safety reasons, they are fine but they never cleared the code. I brought the car directly to Golz Motors in Deerfield wher eI bring my Mercedes and they knew of the problem and repaired it for about $300 bucks. Good as new. Dealers are only for warrantied cars, they cannot diagnose if it doesn't show a code - waste of time and money.

Everyone was very kind! I called to schedule an oil change and the guy on the phone was extremely pleasant and informative. I never felt rushed through the conversation. When I arrived Jeremy Znidersic greeted me and helped me out every step of the way. Along with an oil change I had a few questions about the X7. Jeremy happily walked around with me to help me find a client adviser since they were not technically opened yet. Bob Geisheker thankful was there early and went out of his way to find an X7 with a V8 I could test drive. The car had just arrived and was still waiting to be detailed but he made it happen for me so I wouldn't have to come back. He spent a great deal of time answering all my questions and showing me all different samples and styles combinations. Thank you Jeremy and service guys for working together to get me out on time! Extra bonus they washed my car AND my floor mats. They really went the extra mile. Outstanding service and great communication is exactly what I saw today.

Spencer Parker at Karl Knauz BMW once again provided a great experience! I recently leased my 2nd BMW from Spencer. He is always efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He is a true sales professional with great communication from the start. Everyone else I met at the store including Doug Kamp in the finance department and Luke the Genius were very friendly as well.
