“I had bought a gown last minute for a Christmas Concert that was too long and needed length adjustment. I went in late Thursday after work 1-hr before closing and by Saturday afternoon it was done and dry cleaned. The price was fair. Having a great lighthearted and knowledgeable spirit for things not to go amiss, I fixed the few loose beads and added a few in the back, the gown came with extra and had reviews on beading work. In the end the gown was magically beautiful. It’s between 4 and 5 stars, it was for a Christmas Concert, Rainbow provided quality work to last minute, so, I rounded up to 5 stars. I would definitely use Rainbow again. Thank you.”
“I took 11 dress/work shirts to Bethel Cleaners. I was assisted by Bethel herself. I had moved to the area and failed to find a dry cleaner for several months. These shirts had been worn to work and worn again and again. Bethel and I looked at the collars and cuffs. She wanted to be sure I knew that it might not be possible to restore every shirt to its former glory. I left my mistreated clothing in her care on a Saturday. I returned the following Thursday to pick up my cleaning. Without fail, every one of my shirts had been restored to its ready business condition! Much thanks Bethel!”

“My review wasn't complete. So this is the finished review. We had a problem while using our fireplace. Had a flue malfunction and smoke filled the room. Zengeler was fabulous with our drapes, removed the odor and they actually came back looking better than when we purchased them at Pottery Barn. We received a coupon which discounted the price and they also delivered. The drapes were refreshed, no odor and beautifully pressed. We will absolutely continue to use Zengeler because of their attention to detail. Thank you for doing such a great job!”
“5+2 ? Well, considering I haven't been to a laundromat since I was a teenager in California, which was over 44 years ago, I had a blast! The attendant (Anne) was very helpful in showing me how to navigate adding detergent, bleach and fabric softener, also, how to add money to the dryers once they were going instead of waiting till they turned off (thank you Anne ?). I would also say that the place was spotless. Nothing on the floor no garbage filled garbage cans, and, bathrooms were spotless. They had soap and such available if you needed to buy some there. An ATM, a change machine, and some other little novelty vending machines. Plenty of tables for folding, and plenty of tables and chairs for sitting. More than enough laundry carts, like I said, I thought it was fun. Washing a bunch of big comforters and blankets, that's the place to go with the big washers and dryers. I would highly recommend this location!”
“This is the best CD One Price Cleaners I have been to, by far! I have had mixed experiences at other locations, but this one is on point... Just grabbed a shirt from my closet and it is the second time they replaced a cracked button WITHOUT EVEN HAVING TO ASK!!! They also treat the collar of older white shirts so they look brand new (again, without asking). The shirts always smell good/not over chemicalized. Big props to the managers and team over at this Libertyville location. Thank you!!!”
