“I had the best experience I’ve ever had at Laundry Works, not only were the machines totally new and super high tech but they and the place were the cleanest I’ve ever seen and this was due to the man in charge there MIKE! He greeted me when I came in showed me how to load the cards, and even walked me through on how to run them. I have never seen such wonderful service and I probably never will. I hope the owners know what a valuable employee they have, I hear they are from Hawaii like I am and so with that a major Mahalo! Thank you! Lynnie”

“Clean. Has A/C. Updated machines. Not super expensive. Friendly owner. On site staff. The most is the amazing play area for toddlers with a tv playing cartoons. Edit: We just recently went again on a Sunday this time. It was busier than the weekday I went so there were more people but we only had to wait a few minutes for the machines we wanted to open up. I was doing 20 lbs of laundry and needed the larger machines there were regular sized and medium sized washers available while I waited for the biggest ones. It was still super clean had no issues with dryers working but I follow the recommended loading so everything was dry within 30 minutes. I do laundry with poplin so I frequently use many laundromats and this one is consistently clean no mold in the machines and the dryers work. It is the only laundromat we have been to that has real cartoons playing to entertain the kids and working WiFi.”

“## A Neighborhood Gem There is something to be said for old-school, local service, and this small dry cleaners delivers it perfectly. Run by a wonderfully warm couple, it’s a bustling neighborhood staple—and for good reason. Every garment I’ve brought here over the years has been treated with exceptional care. What really sets them apart, though, is the personal touch. The owner has an uncanny knack for anticipating my arrival; he routinely has my dry cleaning pulled and waiting for me before I even step through the front door. To be fair, my arrival is hard to miss—I have a habit of bypassing the standard parking lot to park directly on the sidewalk out front 😉. But whether it's my questionable parking or just his flawless memory, that level of recognition is rare these days. A fantastic business that has earned my loyalty for years.”

“Eunice is very nice to me, and I found her through a client at my workplace. She does a great job taking care of my suits, polo shirts, and long sleeves, and her prices are fair. I highly recommend her because she is trustworthy, honest, and provides excellent customer service.”

“I highly recommend ABC Cleaners in Lake Forest. I have been using them for years and have never had a single issue. They are always extremely kind and professional. I recently brought several items to them to dry clean and last minute needed the clothes ready a full day earlier. The individual who helped me over the phone was extremely kind and said they would have it ready when I needed it. When I picked up the clothes they were nicely cleaned.”

“I had been procrastinating sending my linen-weave drapes out for cleaning. I was so afraid they would shrink or be ruined - and I had paid a fortune for them. They're stunning. But I got the recommendation to try Zengeler and couldn't be more pleased. They came back absolutely beautiful.”

“My first visit this past weekend, and wow — easily one of the best laundromat experiences I've ever had. The place is spotless, and the technology is next-level. I'll be honest, I had no idea what I was doing at first, but the attendant working there was an absolute sweetheart. She walked me through everything — the card system, how to track your balance, washes and dries for the day — all of it. Patient, attentive, and genuinely kind. That kind of service is rare anywhere, let alone a laundromat. The other customers were friendly too, which made the whole vibe feel welcoming. I hadn't set foot in one of these places in over 15 years, so I was fully expecting to dig through my pockets for quarters like the old days. Not anymore. This place has come a long way. Tons of washers, dryers, plenty of seating — it's got everything you need. Highly recommend checking it out.”

“My family has been coming to this drycleaners for over 2 decades. It's always been the warmest of hellos and goodbyes. I've had countless alterations done as a chubby kid growing up and they've always been great to make me feel a little better with what I was wearing. The same lady has been here with over 40+ years of alteration experience. 100% recommend”

“Peaceful and perfectly neutral experience. I come here around 1-3am since I work overnights. It's nice to still have some places that cater to night workers! No complaints. Machines are clean, and my clothes come out feeling and smelling great. Prices are just as good if not better than Fast Laundry (no disrespect, just don't go there anymore since my shift change). It looks like their money exchange machine might be permanently down instead of temporary, but it doesn't matter too much to me since I use my debit & they operate with laundry cards. Will continue coming here!”

If you had a poor experience here in the past I recommend you give it another shot. I think you will be pleased.”

“I wasn't sure about using a new dry cleaner especially for clothes that are very delicate. I had a great experience at Zengeler because they took time to explain what each item would cost as well as why there are differences. The staff also were very prompt in getting my clothing back to me. I was surprised that I didn't choose to go with them earlier.”
