They were very helpful, and accommodating. Mila, the manager of the Bannockburn facility, is most gracious and attentive to customer needs. The facility is clean, temperature control, and they Supply a loading dock that is indoors and carts to transport from unit to unit or truck the unit. Overall I was very impressed and very happy to make the choice of that facility.

We needed a 5 x 5 for storage of a relative's overflow belongings when downsizing. Mila was very helpful in getting us set up quickly. Very professional and pleasant. Went in today to put items in the unit and met Joe. He was helpful in reviewing the unit and explaining the use of the entry system to both the after hours entry point and the unit itself. Great experience.

We needed to have a 2 month storage solution before we moved into a larger apartment and then staff here made sure that we had the best experience for the best price possible. Mila and Tom were incredible and Mila got an extra charge refunded extremely quickly when an error did occur. We will definitely be using this again if we need it and would recommend anyone to use this specific location because of their amazing staff

I like the availability, the cleanliness, the lighting and indoor carpeting. Tom was extremely helpful during the process and made my experience less stressful. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the facility. I am a return customer and would definitely recommend this facility to a friend.

THE METRO STORAGE UNIT THAT I HAD IN LAKE BLUFF WAS OUTSTANDING. IT WAS AN INSIDE OF THE BUILDING LOCKER THAT WAS VERY CLAEAN, WITH THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE THAT I COULD GO INTO AT ANYTIME OF THE YEAR. MILA WAS ALWAYS IN HAND IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, OR CONCERNS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE METRO STORAGE IN LAKE BLUFF ILLINOIS BY FAR TO ANYONE. THANKS ? MILA !!!!
