My name is Kulbhushan kohli and every time I went to your gas station your employees are rude as I request to use your restroom they always have excuses that it’s locked or we lost key or something else. I went today Jason and the other lady with him told me go ahead and complain and I don’t care . So rude and, this the third time and in the morning too lady clerk told me same thing, please look into it

I was surprised by the cleanliness of the inside of the gas station. The restroom is very clean. The cashier is very friendly, with a sense of humor. Thank you for maintaining the perfect cleanliness, it's nice.

We have been frequent customers, visiting the store about 3-4 times a week. On our last visit, we conveniently picked up a box of walnuts and a box of pecans, which were located near the register, along with some other items. Unfortunately, both boxes of nuts tasted stale. This evening, I returned with the walnuts to bring the issue to your attention.
However, I was told by the cashier, rather abruptly, that “we don’t give refunds.” Additionally, his behavior was quite unprofessional, as he seemed dismissive and even laughed at me during the interaction.
We will not be returning. I kindly ask the owner to consider providing additional training for the staff, as the experience at what used to be a convenient community store has unfortunately become less so.

Today, I stopped at a this gas station to fill up my tank, purchase a cup of coffee, and use the restroom. When I asked the employee for the restroom key, she gave me a flimsy excuse, claiming they had forgotten the keys inside the restroom. This wasn’t the first time I had been lied to about the restroom being unavailable. Frustrated, I walked out and drove to another gas station ( GasNWash)to use their facilities. It’s infuriating that gas stations refuse to open their restrooms to paying customers. This laziness and unwillingness to do their job can be especially problematic if someone urgently needs the restroom due to illness. I hope the city addresses this issue to ensure that gas stations provide the basic amenities they promise to their customers.

I was on the road and needed to use the restroom at 12:20 AM so I decided I would fill up and then use the restroom. I put $40.50 of gas in the tank and then walked in to use the restroom. The door was locked. I was the only customer at the station at this time and I thought strange. I walked over to the attendant and he said it was locked overnight. I could see it being locked and having to request a key but when I asked , he rudely said it was locked overnight and I could not use it. I was in a suitcoat and not looking like someone walking in off of the street. If I had known their restroom was closed, I would have driven another mile or two down the road to another station. I will not darken their doorstep in the future!
