There is a regular limited amount of cashiers and other store associates available for customer assistance, service or to answer any questions.

It's partly my fault for being gullible, but I got scammed by one of those contracted AT&T reps here. Those guys shouldn't be allowed in these stores.

I love how well stocked this location can be versus other, it’s close to the house, as well (swim tops/bottoms- hit or miss, today a miss).
They are short staffed-
Checking out, was a negative turned positive- It was unfortunate, I was in line 7, and “Faith” was unwilling to assist us, pushing us to the back for this really long self check out. Gwen was able to assist us next. She had a professional, willingness to assist, and built rapport with us, through explaining our negative experience. She put a smile on our faces leaving, she and the curly head pharmacist are the reason, this review isn’t a 1…

I just recently moved to the lake forest area and this is by far the worst target you can use for mobile orders, I have complained multiple times to management and they blame ME for not notifying them I’m on my way early enough fair enough. I have tried multiple times giving a 10,15 and even 30 minute notice that I am on my way via the app and every time it is the same thing 15-30 minute wait until I get my groceries. As someone who has multiple jobs the mobile option is great so I don’t have to physically shop myself which i am grateful for so I’m willing to wait but a 45 minute wait average to receive my order is ridiculous. I will stop coming to this target and just have to have drive to Waukegan they care about my time and are out in less than 10 minutes consistently. The actual employees who bring you the items are always polite and well mannered but they need more people to help them I feel like this an upper management issue.

Don't go to this target. If you are wondering why they are out of a product, the reciever doesn't even bother standing by the door to let the delivery drivers in. You have to sit and wait and hope he comes by at the right time when ringing the bell. I have witnessed so many drivers just packing up and leaving because they waited for 10-15 minutes rang 5-10 times before they leave.

When a pick up order says it’s ready to be picked up PLEASE make sure it’s there for the customer to pick up considering some
Customers come on their breaks or are on a short time frame. Highly unprofessional and seems it just must be illiterate people who work here.

Are you guys cash poor? Many areas of grocery isles with big gaps of missing product (bread, dairy, meat). 3 items I purchased were overcharged from price listed in the isle. 1 person at checkout and big lines.

Appreciation for Target's Recycling Efforts and Feedback on Packaging Materials Dear Target Team, I hope this message finds you well. Firstly, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the excellent service and friendliness exhibited by the staff at Target stores. It's truly refreshing to encounter such dedicated individuals who go above and beyond to assist customers. In addition to the outstanding customer service, I also want to commend Target for the recycling services provided at the front of your stores. It's commendable to see efforts towards sustainability and environmental consciousness. However, I would like to provide constructive feedback regarding Target's usage of non-recyclable materials in packaging your produce. While the recycling services offered are valuable, it's unfortunate to note that such practices still contribute significantly to environmental degradation. Utilizing non-recyclable materials not only adds to the growing waste crisis but also hampers the potential for a circular economy. Recycling plays a pivotal role in reducing landfill waste and conserving natural resources. Did you know that recycling one ton of paper saves approximately 17 trees and 7,000 gallons of water? Imagine the positive impact if Target and other major companies embraced recyclable materials for packaging their produce and goods. By continuing to provide recycling services, maintaining friendly and helpful staff, and prioritizing recyclable materials in packaging, Target can lead by example and inspire other companies to follow suit. This shift would not only align with consumer expectations for eco-friendly practices but also contribute significantly to preserving our planet for future generations. Thank you for considering this feedback and for your ongoing commitment to sustainability and exceptional customer service.
