Twigs provides amazing service and the staff love the flowers, offering unbelievable service. Customers praise the friendly service and the staff let them buy just the flowers not arranged, which many places do not allow. One customer called at the end of the day and asked for readymade arrangements to be delivered to a resort the same day. The team was incredible, the person spoke to started making an arrangement and an associate took the delivery information. The team was kind in the middle of a challenging day, and the customer’s heart was filled. Another visit for a wife’s birthday found the ladies incredible, very helpful, and they worked their magic. Customers are happy, give two thumbs up, and return as repeat customers. Twigs is a wonderful florist.
A must stop for anyone visiting Lake Bluff. Beautiful gift items, art vases to place your own stems in , and fabulous artistic arrangements to gift. A treasure!

Very pleased with friendly service. They let me buy just the flowers not arranged, which was really nice for what I needed them for. Not all places let you do that so it put my mind at ease knowing they do.
