“These guys are legit, even if it looks like they're back in the corner of an industrial complex, lol. They're an honest, family run business just trying to make a living. I got a great deal on a gorgeous BMW X6 with low mileage for $4000 under value. They gave me my asking price for my older trade which was over their valuation by $600 (admittedly under NADA, but whatever). They were happy to let me completely check out the vehicle, left me alone to do so, let me plug in a code reader, even offered use of their lift to check out underneath (didn't need it since it's a tall SUV).But PLEASE, protect yourself by checking out cars before buying them, then leaving bad reviews for a decent place. These guys just buy cars from auctions, make sure they work, and even seemed to put a bit more into them than your average used car lot. They did more than I expected or was even needed to sell the car. And they showed me exactly what they did too, very up front about everything. Yes, it wasn't perfect, but I got a good deal and knew EXACTLY what I was in for because I inspected it. Remember that used car salesmen are only human, make mistakes, and protect themselves. Warranties are a product they sell for another company's interest, NOT a guarantee. They sell cars AS-IS, clearly state as such on paperwork YOU SIGN, and there's no lemon law in Illinois for used cars. They're only required to offer you a 15 day powertrain warranty, not guarantee the car.It was pleasure doing business with you Levon, and I love my new-to-me BMW! Thank you.”
