I called in a prescription. They said that it would be ready on Friday. I’m here on Sunday and after waiting in line because of complete incompetence for 18 minutes I got to the front of the line and they don’t have it done yet.

Horribly rude. Specifically, the people working the pharmacy counter. These employees need to be trained in public service.

It’s a shame I drive out of my way to a different Walgreens now because this one locks everything up and the Pharmacy doesn’t seem to be organized or never have anything ready or in stock even when you call ahead or use refill on the app. Last time I refilled on app thinking it would be more convenient and they switched up the brand without saying anything. Had to go in and showed them my history and they had previous in stock.

Pam the store manager was extremely disrespectful and rude. I drop FedEx packages there all the time and she refused my service because I had three boxes and told me to not come back. Although her employees accept it all the time. I don’t know how she’s the store manager and should get fired immediately.

Time to Sell $WBA - incompetence at the root
Walgreens is no longer functioning at a level that allows a business to operate effectively. After being on hold for half an hour with the pharmacy, I was “disconnected.” When I called back, I spoke with Pam who informed me that their location was out of the medication I needed. But Pam did mention that the Lake Forest location had it in stock.
I contacted my doctor to send the prescription to Lake Forest, but hours later, I was informed by them that they too were out of stock.
To make matters worse, they suggested another location that supposedly had it.
➡️➡️Surprise, surprise – they didn’t either.
Their phone systems are a nightmare. Employees will pick up and immediately place you back on hold, leaving you to wait endlessly. When you try to address the issue, they argue about how long you’ve been on hold, even though the information is right on the customer’s phone.
(Gaslighting is not how you treat customers.)
Instead of resolving the problem, they become verbally upset when you suggest reporting it to Walgreens corporate.
Three different Walgreens locations confirmed they had my medication, only to inform me hours later that they didn’t.
- Your systems are broken.
- Your employees are angrier than the customers they serve.
- Your inability to fill roles that would improve your operations is embarrassing.
Do better, Walgreens.

I’ve been coming to this Walgreens since I moved here in January because it’s a close commute from my home. Almost always have to wait a long time and/or have issues and miscommunication picking up my prescriptions. I tried preordering and utilizing the pick up service, and it just gets worse. Waited over an hour for my pick up today. Went inside and was given the run and a sales associate that was super rude and had a bad attitude.

I DON'T recommend this Walgreens at all! I gave the information to have my mom's prescription delivered that night and it never happened. She received a phone call that her prescription would be delivered by noon the next day and that never happened. I was told that she would get her prescription by 8:30pm that evening so we will see if they really deliver it this time. My mom needs it because it is pain pills so she can sleep.

They never delivered our prescriptions. After 2 days we went to the Walgreens to pick them up ourselves. They were on the side of the counter in a bag. She handed us the bag and did not even apologize. We'll never ask for delivery again. Horrible service.

William in the pharmacy is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He went out of his way to help me with my Insulin and helped me cover a lifesaving amount of the cost! Right when my family needed help the most.
Absolute 10/10 Angel of a human-being.
This has been my favorite Walgreens for years. Everyone who works there is always so kind and compassionate regardless of what is going on in our changing world and I think our community is just so fortunate to have such warm and wonderful people available to help us when we need it the most.

I was at Walgreens today and Milka was amazing which she is always. It's so nice to have a familiar face around. I didn't have to wait long the last few times which was really nice.These Walgreen's need help corporate office. You're over working your staff. They are busier than ever. They need help. We are waiting too long to pick up our prescriptions.

The employees here are so rude and disrespectful. Would never go back to this Walgreens. One of the older employees smokes right outside of the entrance. That’s disgusting!!
