if i could give 0 stars i would. i brought my medically necessary service dog with me to buy a drink while travelling and the cashier told me that no dogs are allowed and demanded i show him an ID for my service dog and held his hands up to show me the size of a drivers license. i told him that the ADA does not provide any form of ID like that and i do not have to disclose my medical information to him but i have papers in my bag for the transportation security administration. the cashier then pointed to the door and told me to read the sign. the sign that says “service dogs welcome”. and then asked for an ID again. i tried repeating that there is no official ID that comes with having a service dog, however my dog was wearing his vest and i had my TSA paper with me since i was on my way from the air port. the cashier kept insisting for an ID, and then said that he didn’t want to argue. I took my business to the actual oasis instead of the gas station and had no problems. so i guess don’t bring your service dog to the northbound 7/11 because they will blatantly deny access.

Scammers. Even when I showed the sign on the cooler that said 2 for $2.50 the cashier refused to honor the price. She insisted that I had to pay $3.30 for the said item. This place is a bunch of criminals that need to be out of business.

Overcharged for a drink and refused to change the price. Place smells bad too and super filthy. Service here sucks.

Disgusting. Looks like someone hovered over toilet and spray crapped everywhere. No soap or hand sanitizer in bathroom. One of two urinals has a garbage bag over it. Both slurpee machines out of order. It appears they’ve just given up on cleanliness and making sure equipment works.

Cashier was not enforcing mask mandate, very disappointing, in the small place there was about 9 people and only 4 of them had masks, the workers one had a mask down to her chin, another had his mask under his nose.

I just walked out of there. After I filled my tank full. With the snow I needed a snow brush. It rang up at $7.99 and the cashier deleted that and manually inserted $9.99. I don't mindpaying a little more for tpaying a little bit more for the convenience but this comes awful close to price gouging and they have seen the last dollar they'll ever get out of me.

If you are heading towards Chicago on the Tri-State Tollway (I-294), this 7-Eleven is located at the Lake Forest Oasis exit. There are pumps for Mobil gas in front. The store, itself, is everything that someone would expect at a local 7-Eleven. The prices may be a bit higher than local stores, however, since it is located at a tollway oasis. The staff is efficient.

This 7-Eleven is located along the northbound Tri-State Tollway (I-294) at the Lake Forest Oasis exit. There are plenty of gas pumps. The store has everything that you could want from a 7-Eleven. Prices are typical for a 7-Eleven, though they may be a bit higher because it is located as part of a travel oasis complex. The staff is efficient and friendly.
