Stopped so my little brother could use the restroom, upset stomach after McDonald’s, bathroom had no toilet paper in men’s room, and women’s restroom was absolutely disgusting, trash on the floor, dirty toilets, dirty sinks and mirrors, full trash cans full of feminine products, I get it’s a 7-11 but a gas station at essentially a rest stop could do a little better with keeping it sanitary, not to mention one out of the two stalls didn’t even have a lock on the door. Won’t be back to use the restroom.

Stopped in for a coffee on my way to Milwaukee. Very easy on and off the interstate. They do offer truck parking but very rare to get a spot I’m sure during the week. I’m wanted to go in to the actual service plaza but I didn’t have time. The store was cleanish very busy. The guy working at cashout was very nice.

Guys watch out they have installed some kind of scanning machines that steals your card info. I kept asking it but the guy was rude and took my card of my hand and scanned it forcefully.

This place didnt acsept coins. My credit card dosnt work. I had only $ 2 by coins ( 1.50 silvers 50 penny.and cashier sad they dont take coins by penny .i wwas 0 gall.and 10 miles away from home.She sad "im yelling on here" and declaine in srevise. I Just ask why they dont acsept coins.Outside was 30 36 F engine cant work.when i came inside warming.she sad i cant stay here more then 15 min. When i used bathroom, it was like in ruusia bed smelling and uncleamed ( how they passed sanitary controll???). there .Finaly police oficer came for a brake time and did short investigation after all of this.He lend me $3 dollars .im sucsesfuly arrived to my home .Thanks a lot to police of Illinoice.7/11 lost one custumer forever.

Nvr fresh coffee after 5pm and not even that the coffee holders are filled with cold coffee. 7-Eleven corporate needs do figure something out. Oh and the bathroom I’ve seen the guy clean the toilet and sink with the same brush.

Today was my 3rd time trying to shop there and they do not have coffee in early mornings. I know I wasn’t the only frustrated customer because the coffee counter was littered with empty cups of customers leaving empty cups since there wasn’t any made. I’ve also been there before when coffee was cold. THIS OVERNIGHT EMPLOYEE NEEDS TRAINING.

They advertise an ATM but when I asked the woman at the counter she just said "no ATM" and then proceeded to ignore me so I couldn't ask a follow up question.
