The worst cleaner and the worst customer service attitude. I have been going to this cleaner for almost 3 yrs and 6 out of 10 times when I got home and removed the plastic, the clothes still had stains (just normal stains nothing big like food or anything) thenI had to take back for re-do. The funny thing is that they always said " no it will not come out" but once they re-do it its ALL CLEAN.......go figure! I have been giving them so many chances and slipping the ladies behind the desk attitude under the carpet many times. BUT NO MORE. I am DONE with them. They lost a good loyal customer and will never go back!.

If I could give this business zero stars I would. I've been using this cleaner for awhile, and they do a decent job but it's very expensive and god forbid they ever damage your clothes because they won't do anything for you. I took 6 cashmere sweaters into them to have cleaned recently and to have the pilling removed. They were so aggressive when removing the pills that they put two large holes in two sweaters. I brought them back in to have them fixed and they did the repairs, but you can still very much tell that they are mended sweaters, especially given where the holes are in the sweaters. I wanted to be comped for the price of the cleaning essentially because it cost me $45 just to have all of this cleaned. After going in multiple times to get this resolved and after being accused by the clerk that I brought them in with holes in them, they told me to take it to small claims court. So much for their saying of the "customer is the most important person in the business".
