This review is regarding the Private Client Banker, Sarah Ouariti. I've been a customer with Chase for almost 10 years. She is easily the rudest banker I've ever encountered. Due to COVID, I wanted to keep some space between me and her. However, she insisted me to sit next to her. After I expressed that I didn't feel comfortable. She gave me back my ID and said I can leave, with a change into a rude tone. This is very unperfessional and bad customer services. Fortunately, another Banker, Phillip, helped me.

The tellers here are AMAZING! I don't know what Mika does to receive customer service that would be subpar, but maybe should reflect inward on that. There is one girl in particular who is consistently friendly, helpful, and who goes above and beyond. Her name is Brittany, and I love when she is working when I go there!

Generally hate going to this chase branch because the counter girl is always rude. The guy is very nice and helpful however. Not the customer service typically received by Chase Banks.

I’ve been disappointed with the Private Client experience at this branch. Most recently I’ve attempted to open a checking account for my daughter and after waiting several minutes was told it wasn’t going to happen today. Make it easy to do business. Reduce friction.

This is a well-run branch. The service is first-rate, which is particularly helpful when you might need services beyond vanilla deposit and withdrawal transactions. Parking is easy.
