Sweetest staff ever. I delt with Kinnari Rajyaguru, she is so professional, polite and knowledgeable. She told me everything in detail, made sure I know everything before I left. Also made sure that the other ppl are not getting late. Thank you!

This 1 star review turned into 5 stars…I tried calling this branch to find out if they had notary services. After many prompts via the automated answer service, I eventually got a message saying they were busy and to call another time. Dismayed, I started to write this review. Then, the branch called me saying they missed my call and could they assist me… nice work Chase. Thanks for answering my call and letting me know if you had a notary on-site (they don’t). You saved me a trip on a frigid winter day and recommended branches that do offer this service.

I find the staff at this branch to be particularly helpful. I like banking here and the location is very convenient for me, as well as having access to Chase branches when I am traveling.
