This salon has a great atmosphere with a calming and peaceful ambiance, with rom com movies playing in the background. The staff is very friendly, polite, and very skilled. They listen to your preferences carefully, regarding your design, cuticle care, etc and maintain hygiene and the organization of the salon very well.

I have been a client on and off for at least 8 years maybe even more. I have seen nail techs come and go. I like this salon better than others in this area. I find it to be clean, sanitary and very relaxing. A sign "refrain from talking on cell phones is posted." This is a good thing since the salon is compact & quaint. They offer a movie which I'd rather view over the news or talk show. The techs are friendly and accommodating. Tools used are sanitized and packaged for each client. They offer a slew of nail polish brands and colors. After visiting several times you will become acquainted with the techs and find the one tech that suits your needs. Not all techs are created equal and that goes on in any salon. Giving them 5 stars, my nails have never looked better. I like the Dazzle Dry Polish, it dries hard in 5 min and stays on all week. I will continue to visit this salon.

Everyone is super nice but beware! They do not sanitize all tools before using on a new client. They dip the same stick in the exfoliant, use clippers that just sit on the side table and put “clean” tools in a container that looked dirty. I will not be coming back.. better sanitation needs to be used and learned here because it’s so gross!Service: Manicure

I went in the day before my wedding for a pedicure. I have gone to Gina's dozens of times and have never had an issue. I went in with no-chip polish on and the woman doing my nails too a drill and chipped all of it away (not just the top layer). My mother also had no chip on and the woman removing her no-chip took off just the top layer and then placed cotton balls of acetone with foil around each toe. I thought it was suspicious that the woman removing my polish had not done the same, but trusted her judgement. She proceeds to paint my toes and I ask why my nails look so bumpy. She said the no-chip polish which I had only had on for 10 days had ruined my nails. I ask if she can do anything to make them look okay as the next day was my wedding. She tried to add another layer of polish, but no lucky. They had me pay in full along with the $5 to remove the no-chip and then asked me for a tip at the end of my service. By this point in time, I was in tears and went home and removed all of the polish to realize she had drilled almost all of my nail off of each toe. Each of the nail beds were bright red and the tips of my toes were cracking as they were so thin. The day of my wedding it hurt to walk as she had destroyed all of my nails. I wish they had apologized and refunded me as it has now been over two weeks and my nails are still bumpy and horribly thin.

My wife made reservations several days in advance for her and me. When I arrived for my appointment, they didn’t have either one of us on the schedule. They couldn’t reschedule her at all for the same day and I chose to go to UBNails instead (where I have never had this kind of problem). Needless to say, I won’t be going there again.Service: Pedicures

Went in to ask about pricing and one woman cut me off mid sentence and told me they didn't do what I was was looking for. I heard from a few former customers the staff wasn't the friendliest but I wanted to give it a chance. Say no more, I'll go elsewhere.

I just had a pedicure with Jennifer and it was such a wonderful experience. The salon was very clean and they clearly limit the number of people in the salon to ensure social distancing is maintained. Jennifer was very professional and it was honestly one of the best pedicures in regards to both quality and relaxation that I have ever had. I highly recommend Jennifer!
