this company is a ripoff been with them for quite a few tears, seems as though you out age your coverage,as you get older.they keep increasing your coverage, you can not view your policy online,if you call it take a long time to speak to a rep,and them they are famous for telling you they don't know.i'm trying to find a way to have them investigated, they are not even accredited by the BBB.trying to find me another company after all the money i've paid this one.

I wouldn't even give them one star. According to them, becoming paralyzed due to a muscular disease is not considered "medically necessary" for getting PT/OT. Even with numerous doctor's notes: "Just because a doctor prescribes it, doesn't mean it's medically necessary." And even after being pre-approved, they denied the claim leaving us with a huge bill. Thank God our company switched after the first year.

They are the absolute worst at customer service. Instead of trying to help, they'll say, "well, I don't know. I don't know what else to do." They're customer service is worse that Comcast and that's saying a lot. They don't care about their customers and it's evident whenever you have to call them. Even their claims website is contrary. I paid my policy premiums and they're still saying I owe them almost $500. When I called to speak with someone, she says, "Well, I don't see it so I don't know what you're talking about." I tried to explain to the lady what was going on and she absolutely refused to listen! Today was my last straw when I called to get access to the website and was told to clear my cookies and close the browser. Easy peasy, right? Nope, I did everything she said and the website still didn't work. I told her this and her response was, "Well, that's what you're supposed to do. I don't know what else to say." I asked for someone else, she put me on hold and gave me something about maybe deleting data from farther back. Finally, I just asked to get the paperwork through email (which is a joke) and hung up the phone. It's ridiculous that I can't access my claims online without deleting all of my browsing data. What kind of website is this? Everything about this company is a sham. I absolutely hate this company and I can't wait to be rid of them and all of their crap. They are con artists and I just want to be done with them.

Horrible company to get a claim reviewed let alone paid out! Lots of loop holes in their Accident Policy to benefit them and not payout. My husband lost two of his fingers to a table saw. He is a police officer. Trustmark will not pay out for the loss due to not loosing his fingers all the way to the hand. His fingers are no longer functional-able due to what is left. He may never return to his job. It also took six email attempts and one fax from our Doctor's office before they even said they received the claim application. The forms to fill out for a claim are overly lengthy and require additional documentation of xrays, operational reports, proof of ambulance transport, and bills that typically are not processed right away. I am disappointed and regret all of the money I have paid into this company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY....THEY WILL NOT PAY UP...I have 2 policies with this company...also 2 legitimate claims...was told by one rep. that I am supposed to recieve $$ , then claim is denied....now they are "reviewing" it again and requesting all documentation be sent to them ....AGAIN. It took them 5 minutes to deny my claim...now over 5 months to review the same information they had from day 1. Worthless, lying company... I don't want to give it any stars...but you have to click at least one in order to leave your comment... THIS COMPANY IS A CON

We have been insured by StarMark/Trustmark for several years. We will hopefully be switching to a new company after we were denied coverage for a MEDICAL issue concerning my daughter's eyes (she has three defects with her eyes that have caused learning disabilities among other things). Because the treatment for her eyes is "therapy" as opposed to surgery - Trustmark won't cover it. It's a $5,000+ outpatient treatment. We've appealed and been denied for the second time. Apparently they would much rather have her undergo surgery which would cost MUCH more than to help us pay the $5,000. This therapy would improve not only her learning capabilities, but also her reflex time, ability to properly absorb light, and ability to play sports and much more. With the denial for coverage I'm convince Starmark/Trustmark does not exemplify good decision making nor strong family values. I would highly encourage companies searching for good coverage to go elsewhere!

At the beginning of 2020, my company switched to this insurance. When I enrolled I went with the PPO option but after a few weeks I realized that it was really taking a chunk of my check and decided to switch to HSA. All was good until 3 months later when the stock market tanked and our job was shut down due to coronavirus, Trustmark decided to say I couldn't switch and made me go back to PPO. I only worked one day that week and their insurance took HALF of my check. Looking forward to cancelling it when I get back to work.

Sent in paperwork. CT showing fracture. They want an MRI to confirm it. I sent in everything the forms ask for and still isn't good enough. Now, I have to get more things done, while not being able to drive because of a broken foot! This insurance is definitely not a good investment. You're better off not even reading about "all their wonderful benefits" that you pay extra for. They love taking your money, but they do not insure you like they state! Waste of my money and time!

Horrible insurance. They are refusing to pay for a necessary surgery for an extremely rare tumor surgical removal. With very few doctors who have experience with this type of tumor and surgery, I have no other choice but to go out of network for the procedure to a specialist which is going to cost me $50k. Trustmark/Coresource is paying ZERO. ZERO. Why bother having insurance.
